This is a very well maintained Leopard 45 ready to go cruising or put to work as a crewed charter boat. She is equipped with AC and generator, huge freezer and all the bells and whistles you can ask for. The layout is galley up with a large fabric upholstered U-shaped settee with the large dining tabel that converts to a double berth. Each of the four cabins has a double berth, ensuite head and shower.

Accommodations
This Leopard 45 has four double cabins; two forward and two aft in each hull.The high quality interior is a tasteful blend of wood; fiberglass reinforced platic (FRP) and Corian. The cabin sole is durable, low maintenance teak and holly composite floor panels.
Staterooms
Each of the 4 cabins has a double berth, an overhead hatch, overhead lighting and separate reading lights. The cabins also have a 12V, two-speed fan, hanging locker, full length mirrors on back of cabin doors and a small settee with additional storage underneath. Each cabin has an ensuite head (w/fold down seats) and a large shower. A holding tank is fitted to each side of the boat, neatly fitted between the two head units.
Salon
The Salon has a fabric upholstered, U-shaped settee. The large dining table converts to a double berth or casual coffee table. Entertainment is provided with a CD changer, TV / VCR and Bose loudspeakers both inside and outside. There is additional space for even more entertainment systems. Ventilation is provided by an overhead hatch and two forward opening ports, 2 fans, however, A/C (17,000 BTU for saloon) is also provided. The interior finish is Beachwood with wood trim throughout. There are custom fitted blinds, and a dedicated space for wine storage.
All overhead lights can be controlled with a dimmer to create a cozy atmosphere.
Cockpit
You can easily seat 8 guests for dinner at the fixed cockpit table (it has a hinged extension). The helmsman seat is strategically located to allow for a 360 degree view around the boat under a bimini top with side flaps. The louvered windows give the interior protection from the midday sun and easy access to the cabin top. There is a steering console with compass, navigation instruments and engine controls.
Three cockpit lockers are supplied for storage with an additional locker with overboard drain and solenoid providing storage for two LPG cylinders. There is plenty of seating on custom fitted cockpit cushions. To fry your own catch of the day, there is a BBQ mounted on the stern rail.
Galley
The Galley is up and has all the amenities and space to satisfy the most demanding gourmet chef. Ample work surfaces (Corian) and locker space for crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils. Ventilation is provided by an overhead hatch, a fan, two forward opening ports, and the air conditioning.

Deck
The Leopard 45 has a huge deck so everybody can find their own corner if wanted. The deck offers a large aft platform which allows easy access on and off the boat. The Leopard's trademark "targa" traveler affords unparallel ease of movement in and out of the cockpit, and smartly incorporates the davits for the dinghy. High bow locker, two lazarette lockers and three cockpit lockers are supplied for extensive storage.
The windlass has a handheld remote control (up and down) as well as an additional footswitch to raise the mainsail 'electrically'.
